The two terms are often used interchangeably and incorrectly, causing massive confusion about how to improve either one!What I want you to remember is this: Self-esteem is our opinion of our self. It is what we believe to be good or bad about our self in every way. It is also what we believe others think about us–or their opinion of us.Self-esteem begins as a thought that turns into a self-belief and reveals itself to the world as it acts out in our behaviors.Self-confidence is not a thought, it is the result of mastering a skill.
