Walking Forward to Let Go of the Past | Being Helena

Walking Forward to Let Go of the Past | Being Helena I signed up today to take part in the Freedom Walk being run by the local YWCA, and it got me thinking a lot about my past and how it has shaped me into not only the person I am today, but the person I want to become in the future as I rebuild my self-confidence and help other women do the same. I don’t talk much about my past, but it’s a big reason why I focus so much on building self-confidence and being your best self.
